Shifting Short-term Changes into Long-term Strategies

In March of 2020 – at the beginning of Shelter in Place orders, many businesses were faced with the reality of shifting key business strategies. Some were minor changes, while some were major changes that took weeks to execute.

What did you learn as a result of shifting strategies?

While making changes in such a short amount of time was not ideal, there was a lot to be learned in 2020 – and to the surprise of many, some of these changes have inspired innovation and growth. Whether that is embracing technology, or finding creative solutions to existing obstacles that would have otherwise been overlooked.
