Brandt is a designer by trade, but as an agency owner has expanded his abilities in the art of marketing. He now lives day-to-day in that beautiful place where design and marketing work in unison. Brandt worked freelance gigs on the side starting in 1998 and eventually left his position as Creative Director at DeLoach vineyards in 2002 to focus on his company full-time. Now, as the leader of the 15+ people at TIV Branding he sees his role as the opportunity to let a group of very talented individuals do what they’re good at, now and in the future.

Sarah’s company, Provaro Marketing, helps local small businesses grow through custom local digital marketing strategies. As an industry expert with 20 years of experience in marketing, both in multimillion-dollar corporations and as the founder of Provaro, Sarah has a keen understanding of the value of a well-executed marketing campaign. Sarah and her team work to support small, local businesses to maximize their marketing dollars. When not working, Sarah spends her free time exploring the outdoors with her husband and daughter.

Beau is the Digital Marketing Manager for Cline Family Cellars. He has experience developing strategies, messaging, and tactics for businesses of varying sizes. Beau’s experience is primarily in brand building, including traditional and digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.

Being born and raised in Santa Rosa, Beau graduated from Sonoma State in 2015 with a degree in Marketing & Wine Business Strategist. Shortly after graduating he joined TIV Branding where he began his career in marketing. 

Kristina Grimm

Kristina has an intertwined professional background — starting her career as a PR executive at international public relations agencies promoting consumer products, she then took her journalism degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and merged it with a degree in graphic design, founding KG Design & Copywriting. Kristina works with clients to articulate their messaging through written strategy and graphic visuals. In tandem with communications professionals of cross-functional teams, she conceptualizes, copywrites and designs marketing and branding materials for companies large and small, many in our local wine industry. 

Nikole Wright

Nikole is the Marketing Specialist at George Petersen Insurance Agency, where she takes on all things marketing for the agency. From developing traditional and digital marketing strategies to designing collateral for a sales team of over 80 – Nikole does a little bit of everything. She enjoys working for a local business that supports the community she lives in. Nikole was born and raised in Santa Rosa and graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in Business Marketing in 2015. She enjoys the outdoors, music, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family.

Leslie Patterson

Leslie works at ZFA Structural Engineers helping the company to grow and promote its brand awareness through marketing. She has been in the A/E/C industry for 13 years providing high-quality marketing deliverables, event planning, and social media campaigns. In addition to her diverse communications and marketing abilities, she also has strong accounting experience. Based in Santa Rosa, and working for a firm with five Northern California locations, she is well connected and enjoys supporting local area businesses.

David Comfort

David has been a marketing professional since 1995 when he helped a small company in L.A. go public. That initial foray into desktop publishing transitioned into being a 3D Animator and VFX Artist with Look!FX. Just before the millennium, he opened Sleepless Digital, to directly work with businesses in their marketing development. In 2003, David moved to Santa Rosa and has helped launch companies from the ground up with their marketing and product materials. His focus for the last few years has been on website development where he emphasizes Brand Infusion and Consistency along with a focus on the User Experience.
David still learns something new on every project, an element that has kept him truly enjoying his work all of these years.
